Founded in 2021 by a group of innovative and culturally diverse women, Co-Connect is a Western Australian Not-for-Profit Association created to help the Western Australian community connect with  Western Australian public services or network groups and community groups.

Co-Connect is an inclusive association. It focuses on providing a supportive hand to those in need to cushion the complexities of today’s modern society through providing mentoring, community building and breaking down barriers and stigma around mental health. 

Co-Connect is a service provider and prides itself as being a critical conduit between public services or network groups and community groups. Co-Connect can link people in crisis, the aged, individuals with disability, youths, Indigenous people, or newly arrived migrants to relevant services. 

Co-Connect is a sustainable association, it’s evolution is designed to enable the continuum of support to the individual so they can contribute to the community at large where they can benefit from the connection.
